RMA Process
Prior to returning any equipment, please call our Technical Support at (800) 890-4213 x2.
If after troubleshooting the problem with our team and if it is determined that the
equipment needs to be replaced, please follow the procedures below:
1. Screens:
You have a maximum of 30 days to request an RMA for a defective unit front the date
you recieve the screen. You must keep the damaged box and send the defective unit
in it's original box. The serial # on the box must match the serial # on the Screen
You have 3 years from the date you receive the screen to make a Warranty replacement claim.
Please complete the information below and submit the RMA Request.
Once we receive the submitted Request, we will email you a U.P.S. return label and an
RMA Number. The RMA Number is valid for 10 days.
Please print the Label and put it on the return box. Please write the RMA Number on the
box. The product must be returned with all original packaging/accessories.
Call U.P.S. at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to schedule a pick-up.
2. Media PCs, 3G USB Modems, or other equipment:
Please complete the information below and submit the RMA Request.
Once we receive the submitted Request, we will ship you a replacement.
When you receive the replacement, please call us at (800) 890-4213 x2
and complete this RMA form and return it along with the damaged equipment.
